Sunday Service

What should I wear?
There is no dress code for attending services at Riverwood. Some dress casually and some dress up.

What are your services like?
On Sunday, when you walk into our building we hope you feel at home. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our friendly greeters. Our greeters are happy to direct you to our hot, fresh coffee, and help you find a comfortable seat to enjoy some lively worship and a message from one of our pastors.  If you have any questions, there are people at our welcome center ready to help you.

Our Sunday morning services are designed to help you discover God’s truth and apply it to daily life. The message of the Bible is as life-giving and relevant today as it has always been since the time it was written. We welcome you to listen to one or two of our sermons to get a feel for our teaching style.

What do you offer for children?

On Sundays, during service, we offer both nursery and our KidsLive programs. Nursery is offered to children 0-24 months and KidsLive has age appropriate programs for children 2 years to 5th grade. Our greeters will show you to the KidsLive check in desk where someone will be glad to help introduce you and your children to our wonderful teachers.

On Wednesdays, we offer AWANA for ages 3-5th grade, and Riverwood Student Ministries (RSM) for middle and high school students.

How do I get connected?

Church Chat
This is a great place to start in getting to know Riverwood better. Church Chat is a casual introduction to Riverwood that we have after the worship service on the second Sunday of each month.
Discovery Class
This is a four-week class that we offer in the Fall, Winter, and Spring after the church service on Sunday mornings. Here you can learn more about Riverwood’s mission, vision, and beliefs.
