Giving

We can demonstrate our worship and devotion to God and His mission by the giving of our financial resources. Ten percent of our annual expenditures are used for Charities and Missions.

Remember this:
"Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”
2 Corinthians 9:6-8NIV

How to Give

There are several methods for giving at Riverwood Church:

Online:
Click HERE or click the "Give Online" button above.  Using this method you can make one time or recurring payments with your debit or credit card or by ACH bank transfer. Note that there is a fee of approximately 1.8% charged to the church for debit and credit card payments.  ACH transfers are 25 cents each.  Using this method you can log in and check your giving history.

Offering:
Give as the offering baskets are passed during the Sunday services. If you want a year-end statement of your giving for tax purposes, give by check or enclose your cash in a sealed envelope with your name and address on it.

Download the App:

Online Bill Pay:
Use the online bill payment services at your bank. When using this feature, your bank will mail a check to Riverwood on your behalf. You can send a one-time gift or set up a recurring gift on the schedule you prefer. Please consider this method of giving, so that your giving will be consistent, even when your attendance cannot be.

Text:
Text “Riverwood” to 84321 and follow the instructions for setting up your account.  The same fees as on-line giving apply.

Automatic Electronic Transfer:
Automatic electronic transfers from your bank arranged through Riverwood by filling out a withdrawal form and returning it to the church office along with a voided check. You determine the amount and frequency of your gifts and may change your instructions at any time. Great for those of us who have a hard time remembering to write a check or are frequently out of town on Sunday.

Designations

  • There are several designated funds available for you to specify how you would like your donation to be used. If there is no designation on your check, the funds will go to the General Fund and can be used for any church need.
